WP Centric LLC Products

Ownership

All plugins, extensions, integrations, and add-ons purchased from WP Centric LLC remain the exclusive property of WP Centric LLC. Any attempt to claim ownership, redistribute, resell, or reproduce our products—whether in part or in full—is strictly prohibited.

All rights, titles, and interests, including all intellectual property rights associated with our products, documentation, images, and website content (including materials published on wp-centric.com) are retained by WP Centric LLC.

Warranty

All WP Centric LLC products are provided “as is”, with the features and functions described in each product’s documentation.

While we strive for reliability and quality, WP Centric LLC does not guarantee that:

  • Our products will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
  • The functionality will meet every user’s specific technical or compatibility requirements.

When reasonably possible, our team will use commercially practical efforts to correct reported issues or provide suitable workarounds.

Compatibility with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting environments is not guaranteed. WP Centric LLC assumes no responsibility for conflicts caused by external software or system configurations.

Support

Support services are available only to customers with an active, valid product license. Once a license expires, it must be renewed to continue receiving support and product updates.

Our support is limited to the products developed and distributed by WP Centric LLC. We do not provide support for third-party themes, plugins, or external software integrations.

Support inquiries are handled via email during our business hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+5).
We do not provide phone, video, or in-person support sessions.

While we aim to respond to all tickets promptly, we do not guarantee resolution within a fixed timeframe or guarantee that all issues can be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available only to customers holding an active, valid subscription and license key. Expired licenses will no longer receive updates or new feature releases.

Refund Policy

At WP Centric LLC, we take pride in offering reliable, high-quality WordPress solutions. To maintain fairness and transparency, our refund policy applies as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: The plugin does not perform as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 business days.
  • Misrepresentation: The plugin’s features differ significantly from what was advertised.
  • Duplicate Purchase: The same item was accidentally purchased more than once.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer need the product.
  • Incompatibility: If the plugin is incompatible with a third-party theme, plugin, or custom environment not officially supported.
  • Incorrect Installation: Issues resulting from failure to follow provided setup instructions.
  • Service-Based Add-Ons: Purchases that include installation, configuration, or development services.
  • Promotional or Discounted Products: Items purchased during promotional campaigns.
  • Working Products: If the plugin functions as described.
  • Competitor Purchases: Buying a competitor product without allowing our support to resolve your issue first.
  • Core Modifications: Any problems caused by altering the plugin’s source code.
  • Frequent Refund Requests: Repeated refund claims will disqualify customers from future refunds.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@wp-centric.com within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and relevant screenshots.
  3. Our team will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
    Once refunded, you must delete all copies of the product, forfeiting the right to use it.

Refunds for License Renewals

All licenses renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Refunds are not available once the renewal payment has been processed.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard.

Refunds for Bundles or Value Packages

Due to their digital nature, bundle deals, custom add-on packages, or all-access passes are non-refundable.
However, priority support will be provided to help resolve any technical issues.

Disclaimer of Liability

Our plugins and add-ons are developed for general WordPress use and tested for standard environments.
We are not liable for:

  • Site malfunctions caused by third-party code, hosting issues, or custom modifications.
  • Downtime, performance issues, or data loss resulting from the installation or use of our products.

We strongly recommend testing all plugins in a staging environment before deploying them to a live site.

WP Centric LLC Services

Client Onboarding

Each project is managed by an assigned Project Manager, responsible for communication between the client and development team.
Communication takes place via email or Slack (chat) during business hours. Calls can be scheduled upon request.

As services are billed hourly, all time spent on communication and project coordination is billable.
Delays in client responses may affect project timelines. WP Centric LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from unresponsiveness.

Project Ownership

Upon full payment and project completion, all code, designs, and deliverables will be transferred to the client.
Ownership of the source code is granted under the GNU General Public License (GPL) unless otherwise agreed upon.

Service Agreement Terms

Unless stated otherwise, the project’s scope is defined via written communication (typically email).
The client must prepay the number of hours required for discovery and scoping.

Once the scope is finalized, a detailed breakdown of deliverables and estimated hours will be shared. The final invoice will reflect actual hours spent.
Any new requests outside the original scope will be billed separately and must be approved before implementation.

All development adheres to modern WordPress coding standards and best practices.
However, future updates to WordPress, themes, or third-party plugins may impact functionality. WP Centric LLC cannot guarantee compatibility after delivery, though we can address issues as new, billable requests.

Deployment

Deployment is billed separately from the project scope.
Depending on server setup and complexity, deployment may take between 2–10 hours, billed at the standard hourly rate.

Quality Assurance

Before starting a project, clients must provide a clear testing plan and define performance expectations.
WP Centric LLC is responsible for testing deliverables against these agreed criteria.

If the client does not grant access to the live site, our responsibility is limited to ensuring functionality on the provided staging environment.
Failure to submit a testing plan will result in WP Centric LLC performing standard internal testing only.

Service Completion

Clients must test all deliverables upon completion. Any bugs or issues found within 15 days of delivery will be corrected per the agreed scope.
If feedback is not received within 15 days, the project will be considered complete, and further communication will be treated as a new request.

If payment is delayed beyond 15 days after project completion, a $25/day late fee will apply. Final delivery will occur once all dues are cleared.

A 15–30 day warranty applies to completed work. However, compatibility issues arising from subsequent updates to WordPress, themes, or plugins are not covered under warranty.

Documentation or video tutorials can be provided upon request and are billable if not included in the original project scope.

Service Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel ongoing projects at any time; however, they are responsible for paying for all hours worked up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds can be requested only within the first 10 hours of work. After that, payments are non-refundable.
Ten hours are generally sufficient to assess service quality and alignment with project requirements.

Disclaimer

All development and customization work by WP Centric LLC is carried out using professional best practices.
However, due to the dynamic nature of WordPress and third-party tools, we cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility or error-free operation after delivery.
